ABOUT YCA
Youth Change Association abbreviated as YCA is a youth led Development organization, working to promote youth
to embark in development issues
and to participate fully in climate change issues with partnership with governments, NGOs, civil
societies Organizations and community groups with similar goals with our
Organization.
We are making efforts to build positive attitude of the Youth based on self employment rather than jobs seeker, and peace to continue preserving the value of nation.

YCA works to build the capacity of people,
especially youth issues based on Tanzania development. That youth may have the
opportunity to develop themselves economically, intellectually and emotionally
so that community should be moral that respects the traditions, customs, laws
of Tanzania and to ensure that all people obeys the laws without conviction.
Among other activities also our organization deals with wildlife protection and
educating public to follow the principles of democracy and socialism without
religion, racism or tribalism. Projects performed by our organization aims
to build capacity for citizens to
participate in various activities for development , including groups and
individuals development to influence stability of our country always exceed fixed, Youth change
network goals projects controlled on the
basis of the values inherent in
the five pillars accountability , fairness , integrity , inclusion and peace.
VISION
To empower
youth to become creative rather than job seeker, and build the capacity of society,
especially in Tanzania development issues to pursue the principles of democracy
and socialism.
MISSION
To assist
young people to become aware of their right and responsibilities and participate
fully in community development issues as active citizen.
MANAGEMENT TEAM
The Management Board of the organization has 10 members, current Management team is composed of the Chief Director
Officer, Assistant Chief Director Officer, Chief Finance Officer , Coordinator,
program Officer and Documentation officer. In general terms the Management team
has different professionals such as, Civic education facilitator, Climate
Change facilitators, Economist, Accountant, lawyer and children psychology.

Since the YCN Mission is to enlighten young people
to become aware of their rights and responsibilities in order to determine
positive opportunities so that they will be creative to manage their daily
life, through this mission YCN managing
various activities.
